I remember, I used to go to bed in the evening and wake up the next morning exactly as I had gone to bed. Getting up was never a problem; I was instantly wide awake and ready for anything. About eight years ago, I started sleeping more restlessly during the full moon – but many people experience this, so I didn't think much of it. However, these periods became longer each year, and my sleep more disturbed, until I was waking up five to ten times every night, only sleeping lightly, and feeling completely unrested in the morning.
Around the same time, my husband also began experiencing increasing physical symptoms such as back and neck tension, stomach problems, and fatigue. At first, we attributed this to his work situation. However, as it worsened, and all medical examinations yielded no conclusive results, we became increasingly perplexed.
I remembered that a colleague had told me about the geopathological survey of her house, which I found very interesting even then. We had nothing to lose, so we signed up.
After a very competent and friendly consultation, we made a few small changes, such as installing a power switch for nighttime and placing a cork mat under the bed to protect against the water vein. I noticed subtle changes from the very first night and slept better each time. After about two weeks, I slept through the night for the first time – I could hardly believe it!
My husband is also showing improvements. He has fewer stomach problems and his muscle tension is also getting better. We both have much more energy since then, are happier and more adventurous.
